About Linkwasha Camp
The camp is an eclectic mix of contemporary interiors and Ndebele culture, its nine luxurious tents (eight twin and one family) overlooking the scenic plain and water hole, which makes for game viewing in comfort. The main area includes various multi-level decks, amongst them, a cosy library and winter lounge complete with fireplace and shaded salas surrounding an inviting pool and sun deck. Our nearby romantic Star Bed looks onto the productive waterhole.
The camp also comprises of a 5 star restaurant where the focus is on fresh and light meals in the warmer months and for lunch, with soups and warming seasonal dishes in the colder season. The pizza oven is a favourite for lunch. For those wanting to enjoy romantic dinners alone there is also the option of private dining in several areas.

Linkwasha is situated in a private concession in the best location in Hwange. It is found near the famed Ngamo Plains, where wildlife gathers in numbers during summer â to add to the year-round excellent viewing from the camp itself; Linkwasha overlooks a pan that is a magnet for game seeking to quench its thirst.
How to get there
It is an 11-hour 30-minute international flight to OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg connecting to Victoria Falls. From there is a short flight to Linkwasha Airstrip and then approximately a 45-60 minutes road transfer to camp.

Low Season: 11th January - 14th June and 1st November - 10th January
High Season: 15th June - 31st October

Travelling with children
Children of 6 years and older are welcome and partake in activities with all other guests.
Children up to 16 years must share with an adult/s in the same room.
