Verney’s Camp is a collection of 10 large luxury tents situated in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe. The camp is located in a secluded Central-Eastern part of the National Park, on a private concession of 10,000 hectares, offering guests ultimate privacy and relaxation. The camp is built in the classical Machaba style as to provide guests with a cultural insight in their home away from home. The large, spaciouss tents are built on wooden decks, with pathways meandering through the forest beneath. The main open areas of the camp, including the fireside, overlook a large waterhole that is absolutely teeming with wildlife, typical of Hwange National Park. The wildlife around the waterhole and the camp, in general, is especially rich and diverse in the drier months.
