Location

This is the only building on the coastal road between Camps Bay and Llundudno beach, and when you’re watching the sun sink into the Atlantic, the location is a sparkling 10/10, but can drop early on Sunday mornings, when local bikers like to open throttle. It’s isolated, but there is a complimentary all-day shuttle to the V&A Waterfront (a 20-minute drive away).

How to get there

Airport transfers by road are available at a charge from Cape Town International Airport. It is recommended that these be booked at time of reservation.

When to go

You can visit Cape Town pretty much any time of year. Summer is the most popular, with peak season falling between mid-December and early January.

Another surge of visitors descends during the hot months of February and March. In April, the temperatures are balmy, the light is softer.

July to November is the time when the southern right whales migrate to calve and nurse, providing the best land-based whale-watching in the world but be warned, July and August can be wet. October to November is when the Cape floral kingdom again wows with a new cycle of flowering species, while the beaches, still relatively empty, sparkle in the temperate sun.

Important Information

Importantly there are many provisions for the disabled such as a lift, ramps and several adapted rooms available.
