Family Temples and Beach
Sentosa Island, Siem Reap & Phuket
Day 1-4
SENTOSA ISLAND, Singapore
Named the State of Fun, Sentosa Island offers activities to keep everyone entertained – close to the bright lights of Singapore; but also a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle.
Begin your trip with a stop-over in Singapore where you’ll spend three nights at Capella on Sentosa Island. Surrounded by luscious gardens and turquoise waters of the South China Sea, amuse yourself whilst at the beach, playing tennis or snorkelling. Beyond the hotel, an array of attractions await you and the hotel can easily arrange day trips to Singapore Zoological Gardens, Universal Studios and Sentosa Golf Club. For thrill-seekers, upgrade to a spectacular treetop trek at Fort Siloso Skywalk or bungee jump off a 50m tower raised over palm trees and white sand.
Day 4-8
SIEM REAP, Cambodia
Despite being the most visited city in Cambodia, Siem Reap remains untouched compared to much of Southeast Asia, with its cafe culture and the incredible temples of Angkor.
From here, fly to Siem Reap where you’ll spend four nights at Phum Baitang Hotel, set away from the bustle and within plush tropical gardens. Enjoy a comfortable stay in a rustic, but luxurious Khmer wooden villa on stilts with a private plunge pool. When you’re not touring, cool off with a swim in the freshwater pool overlooking the paddy fields and get the evening going with a pre-dinner mixology class. Hop in a tuk tuk and with your expert guide explore the ancient ruins and Temples of Angkor. Structuring your day to avoid the crowds, we’ll help you organise visits to local villages by traditional ox-cart and sunset cruises on Tonlé Sap Lake.
Day 8-13
PHUKET, Thailand
Phuket is a treasure of an island, covered in rainforests and mountains with some of Thailand’s most beautiful white-sand beaches and incredible luxury hotels.
Fly down to Phuket and finish your trip on the stunning Koh Yao Noi island at Six Senses Yao Noi. Accessible by speedboat, this hotel promises superb hilltop family villas with private horizon pools and sundecks overlooking the turquoise waters. From organising a day aboard a chartered private yacht and picnicking on a secluded beach, to upgrading to an in-villa barbecue and Thai cooking class, enjoy the abundance of adventures at your fingertips. Families will enjoy activities such as ice-cream sampling, mangrove walking and evening film screenings together.
Sue & Michelle
I thought Cambodia was all about Angkor, but Katie told me about her recent trip, and before we knew it we were drinking cocktails in Phnom Penh at the Raffles bar, cruising down the Mekong, exploring lost jungle temples and then Six Senses Krabey was perfect for the end of the trip. Thank you again Katie, Molly and team TLT, that was one of the best!
