Day 1-5
HOI AN, Vietnam
A city dotted with canals, Hoi An is a fusion of cultures, with clearly identifiable Chinese, French and Japanese influences.
Fly into Da Nang and travel down to the historic coastal city of Hoi An, where you’ll spend four nights at Four Seasons Nam Hai, situated along Vietnam’s most distinguished beach. For adventurers, enjoy the hotel’s great combination of activities such as beach tai chi, rice field cycling, and sunrise power walking. Upgrade to experiences such as diving at the neighbouring Cham islands, preparing local delicacies at the Cooking Academy, and playing golf at the nearby course. Wander Hoi An’s streets and jump at the opportunity to fish with fishermen, eat with local villagers and make rice barges.
Day 5-7
SAIGON, Vietnam
A foodie hotspot, Saigon is known for its incredible pho and pork rolls served in family run restaurants.
For the next stop, fly to Saigon and spend two nights at the colonial inspired and majestic Park Hyatt hotel. A stone’s throw away from the most popular attractions, walk into the hustle and bustle and explore landmarks such as the Opera House and the Reunification Palace with your private guide. At night, experience a motorbike tour through Saigon’s streets for a taste of local living. For an extraordinary insight into the history of the Vietnam War, travel along the Saigon River to the Cu Chi Tunnels by luxury speed boat before descending underground with your guide.
Day 7-9
CAN THO, Vietnam
A city set amongst the Mekong Delta, Can Tho is famed for its floating markets, restaurants, bars and hotels.
Finish your trip at Azerai Can Tho, located on a private islet only accessible by boat and surrounded by nature, mangroves, waterways and lakes. Wake to a boat trip along Hau River, a feeder for the Mekong Delta, watching as local plantation farmers and fishermen trade crops and produce. Cycle around plantations, rice noodle factories and the rural riverside before strolling through local street market, testing home-made delicacies. Experience a sampan tour at sunrise or sunset, or embark on a half day tour that’ll meander through small canals to a secret Khmer sanctuary.
