About Kashbah du Toubkal
The Kasbah is a welcoming environment for people seeking a comfortable mountain refuge and for those who wish for superb rooms in a stunning setting. Locaked 60km south of Marrakech is the Berber village of Imlil, nestled deep in the High Atlas Mountains. Above the village on a rocky outcrop sits the award-winning and highly-acclaimed hotel, Kasbah du Toubkal. With no road access, the Kasbah is reached by a 15-minute uphill walk or mule ride from the village reception in Imlil. At 1800m above sea level, the Kasbah offers exceptional mountain views in a spectacular location. As it is staffed entirely by local villagers, guests have the opportunity to enjoy true Berber hospitality, a characteristic they are well known for.
A beautiful garden, large rooftop terraces and balconies with panoramic views of the High Atlas mountain range, makes Kasbah du Toubkal a perfect place to stay.
Located at the heart of Moroccan Berber country, in the Toubkal National Park, the Kasbah du Toubkal offers nature lovers a truly peaceful heaven. This authentic Atlas mountain guest house overlooks the village of Imlil, and is situated on the hillside of the Toubkal mountain, the highest peak in North Africa.
