there is a swimming pool – perfect to cool off after a game drives in the delta heat. The pool also looks over a hippo-filled lagoon below.
This area is known for having the highest concentration of lion than anywhere in the Okavango Delta. There’s a huge diversity of species in the reserve, in addition to lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dog, youâll also spot lesser-known predators such as caracal, serval and mongoose. The birdlife is also wonderful here, with the opportunity to spot the endangered wattled crane, carmine bee-eater, and the African paradise flycatcher.
