The narrow streets are crammed with overflowing buses, dawdling camels and buzzing motorbikes. Hidden beneath this relative chaos, Jaipurâs majestic past can be found evoking a different pace and another world. At the cityâs heart, you can explore the lavish architectural projects sponsored by the Royal family, including the Jantar Mantar Observatory, which received UNESCO World Heritage status in 2010.
Other attractions include the Royal Observatory and the Hawa Mahal. And just out of sight, in the desert hill country surrounding the city, is the Amber Fort, Jaipurâs main attraction.
Anber Fort Was Built By Raja Man Singh I. Amber Fort is known for its artistic style, blending both Hindu and Rajput elements. With its large ramparts, series of gates and cobbled paths, the fort overlooks the Maota Lake, at its forefront.
