Hoanib Valley Camp is situated in a remote corner in one of the wildest countries in Africa. The camp sits in the stunning Hoanib Valley, on the banks of the Oabis River. It boasts six large and luxurious tents, raised on spacious wooden decks, each with their own private veranda for ultimate viewing positions and relaxation. The camp possesses a spacious tented lounge that has been decorated with the aim to feel homely and comfortable, offering guests a true African home-from-home. The camp is described as ‘clean and green’ with virtually no carbon foot print and use of solar power in this fragile and important ecosystem. It has been set up in conjunction with the Sesfontein community and also with the Giraffe Conservation Foundation. This gives guests peace of mind and they can stay in the knowledge that, their experience on safari and at this camp, is helping protect the Namibian ecosystem, as well giraffes, elephants and other general game species within the Namibian landscape.
