Along the way, you may bump into the locals getting up to mischief – the annual Cheese-Rolling chase down Cooper’s Hill being one of the areas more famous events.Picture perfect pubs serve seasonal English roast by roaring fires and only two hours from London, do not rule out a day trip to the Cotswolds to escape the city.
